Shipping Policy

The following page outlines the Shipping Policy for products fulfilled by NCASE. Before using the website, you must read, understand, and agree to these terms. Each section details the terms and conditions of this website, organized by section. These are legally binding.

Introduction

NCASE products are shipped globally from various locations - complete with a tracking number - depending on product availability. Current shipping carriers offered include DHL, UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), 4PX, and China Post (China Postal Service).

We provide air shipping to many countries worldwide for the quickest delivery time. Alternatively, we provide more economical surface shipping (ocean freight and ground shipping) for a smaller group of countries. Finally, please contact Customer Support for customers who require a shipping carrier beyond these options.

Deliveries

The delivery date depends primarily on the method of shipping and the destination country’s Customs Processing Time. The transit times shown for various shipping methods are estimates and do NOT include Customs Processing Time. The total transit time is the estimated transit time plus Customs Processing Time. Therefore, the actual delivery time may vary significantly. During and before holidays, Custom Processing Time will be longer, increasing the total transit time for delivery. In some countries, Customs will hold the package until the import duty and taxes are paid. As the Terms & Conditions outlined, import duty and or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged from Shipping

While all shipments are insured if the option is possible, customers are responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier. A written report from the delivery carrier is required to claim insurance. Once NCASE receives the insurance reimbursements, replacements will be shipped to the customers.

The grace period to file damage claims is limited; customers must act quickly upon receiving damaged packages.

Delivery Failed and Returned to Warehouse

Customers are responsible for facilitating successful delivery by 1) choosing the correct delivery method and respective transit time, 2) actively monitoring the tracking number provided, and 3) coordinating with the local carriers for delivery.

For most countries, three (3) delivery attempts will be made before sending the item back to the shipping address. If the package fails to deliver, it will be shipped back to NCASE’s warehouse, and a returned shipping fee will incurred. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee due to delivery failure.
